I had a wonderful stay at Twelve Midtown, Autograph Collection. The customer service was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed right from check-in. The contemporary design of the rooms was nice, though the exposed concrete look wasn't my favorite. The location is fantastic, close to various dining options and shopping at Atlantic Station, enhancing my experience.
